What am I buying?

An interactive HTML digital planner downloaded through Etsy, with an accompanying user guide. Nothing physical is posted.

How do I try before buying?

Use the free-demo button on each product page. These demos contain fictional examples, may use browser storage, and are not intended for entering personal information. They are separate from the downloaded customer edition.

Do the planners work without the internet?

The downloaded HTML apps are designed for use in a modern browser without relying on a continuous web connection. Some browsers or operating systems may handle local files, downloads and printing differently. Please check the instructions for your particular product.

Will my data sync across my devices?

These products are not cloud-syncing subscription services. Browser-local information stays associated with the specific browser and device unless you use the included backup/export method. Back up important plans as described in your edition's guide.

Where do I pay?

Purchases are made through Etsy. We do not take payment or collect card details on Orderlumi.com.

Why are the demo web addresses different?

The existing examples are hosted at their original verified demonstration addresses while we prepare Orderlumi-branded web addresses. The product pages provide the direct links.
